The visitors explore the exhibition, engaged in workshops, watched documentaries, tasted Ukrainian cuisine and observed outdoor animation projections by the award-winning Ukrainian artist Mykyta Lyskov.
Tours of the ‘Brave to Witness: Ukrainian War Diaries’ exhibition offered insights into the resilience and vitality of the contemporary Ukrainian art scene amidst the war. Meanwhile, a special workshop based on the methodology of Viktoriia Rozentsveig provided children with a space to interact with and reflect upon the art on display.

We cherish the opportunity to engage with the Danish audience and help the resilience of the identity of Ukrainians in diaspora and under the temporary protection in Denmark during the beloved festival of Kulturnatten”, commented Nataliia Popovych, chairperson of Ukraine House in Denmark. “We are grateful to the Danish people for standing with Ukraine as shown by the interest in our work, by the number of visits and participation in the charity sale of Inga Levi prints.”
In the spirit of giving, the charity sale finale of prints from the “Double Exposure” series by artist Inga Levi took place during Kulturnatten, with all proceeds going towards the most trustworthy Ukrainian and Danish charities aiding frontline needs in Ukraine.
