Audientes has entered into yet another collaboration agreement in India. Today’s announcement of a partnership with Sravani Hearing Aid Clinic, a leading hearing healthcare retailer in Kolkata, brings the total number of Audientes partners to four, spanning across South, West, Northern and Eastern India. This total now exceeds Audientes’ 2021 target for retail partners and points of sale.
Foothold established in Kolkata
“Welcoming Sravani Hearing Aid Clinic to our partner network is of great strategic importance to Audientes for two main reasons. Firstly, Sravani Hearing Aid Clinic is a respected hearing health provider in the state of West Bengal, and we look forward to collaborating with them on the rollout of Ven to the people of Kolkata. Secondly, it means that we can now establish a foothold in Kolkata, an Indian megacity with a population of 14.1 million. It also means that we have now exceeded our 2021 targets, which was three partners and 70 points of sales,” says Steen Thygesen, CEO, Audientes A/S.
A compelling price point

Sravani Hearing Aid Clinic was established in 1985 and, today, is one of the most established groups of hearing clinics in Kolkata. The company has six points of sale and is an authorized dealer for several leading hearing aid brands. Specializing in hearing care for the elderly and pediatrics, Sravani Hearing Aid Clinic is an active participant in several social projects and hearing loss awareness programs. Sravani Hearing Aid Clinic expects to commence sales of Ven in Q4 2021.
