The sessions all have different themes and speakers – ranging from innovation, scale up and finance to creativity and diversity within sports. A special segement with the World Bank, as well companies that present their innovative ideas alongside successful leaders offering their experience in different business segments.
SHE Conference is Europe’s biggest Gender and Diversity Conference. The Conference has networking and co-operation at it’s core: If we want to create change – we have to do it together. This is also this year’s motto for the Conference: Together we change.
- We have created a virtual universe lasting for 2 weeks with daily sessions with different themes and a wide variety of speakers from governments, culture, business and sports.
What is SHE Conference
It was created n 2015 by CEO and founder of SHE Community Heidi Aven, and co-founder of the Conference, Linn-Cecilie Linnemann. The aim of the Conference was to focus on equality in the workplace, female leadership and how diversity is actually profitable for business. The Conference would grow each year, and last year the Conference was held at Oslo Spectrum with 2500 attendees and 70 speakers from all over the world.
